This website is operated by Paul Bailey, trading as Paul Massage, based in Langley, Slough, SL3 8DT. Paul Bailey is the data controller for personal information collected through this website. You can contact us at info@paulmassage.uk.
What data we collect and why
Contact form
When you submit the contact form we collect your name, email address, phone number (optional), and message. This is used solely to respond to your enquiry. The lawful basis is legitimate interest. Messages are delivered by Resend (resend.com) and are not stored beyond what is necessary to send them.
Chat widget
The chat assistant on this site is powered by Claude (Anthropic). Messages you send are processed by Anthropic's API to generate responses. When you close the chat or after five minutes of inactivity, a transcript of your conversation is emailed to us so we can follow up on any enquiry. No chat data is stored on our servers beyond this email. The lawful basis is legitimate interest.
Booking
Bookings are handled by MassageHub (massagehub.app), a third-party platform. Please refer to MassageHub's own privacy policy for information on how your booking data is handled.
Analytics and marketing cookies
With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use this site (pages visited, time on site, approximate location). We also use a Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure the effectiveness of any advertising. Both services use cookies and may transfer data outside the UK. The lawful basis is consent. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing your cookies and declining on the cookie banner.
